by WKRC Thu, May 25th 2023, 12:11 PM UTC (Middletown Division of Police) MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WKRC) - Middletown Police put out an alert on Thursday morning in an effort to find parents or family of a child. The department found a young boy on 17th Avenue. About two hours later the police confirmed the parents were located.
